Buzz provides small businesses with reputation and social media management services. It is our policy to only obtain the Personal Information from You that is absolutely necessary to provide You with our Services, and to limit the access to such Personal Information to only those individuals who have a legitimate need for it. Additionally, some information collected via our Website may also be used to maintain and improve our customer service, to improve our Services and to otherwise support the provision of our Services to You. We have outlined all of the different ways that we collect, share and use Your information in this Policy.

What Personal Information Do We Collect and How?

Personal Information Provided by You

Depending on the context of Your interactions with us and the Services we offer, the choices You make, and the features You use, we may collect certain Personal Information from You, including:

Hosting account credentials or server login information;

When You submit Your email on our homepage, we save that email even if You do not complete the next form. When You submit the contact form, we also save the contact and business details You provide. We use Cloudflare to store these submissions and protect the forms against abuse, and Google Chat to notify our team so we can respond to Your inquiry. We use browser session storage to carry Your email between these steps without including it in the page URL.

All Personal Information that You provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and You must notify us of any changes to such Personal Information. By providing Your mobile number, You confirm that You are 18 years of age or older, are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided, and consent to receive SMS messages from us. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Messages may include service and account updates, approval requests, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to You from us and from You to us. Please consult Your mobile service provider for details regarding Your text plan or data rates.

Platform Integration

If You wish to become a Customer, we collect information required to onboard You onto the platform such as Your name, email address and billing information. During the platform account creation process, we will collect any Personal Information You choose to provide us to build Your user profile. Once You are onboarded onto the platform, we will collect any Personal Information You share with us while using the platform, such as any Personal Information in any inputs You provide to use the content generation feature of the platform. We ask that You do not disclose any sensitive Personal Information when You use the Platform.

Our Website and Services are not directed to or intended for individuals under the age of 16.
